These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of floor cleaning, polishing, and restoration services ("Services") provided by MD Stone Collection ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to any client ("Client," "you" or "your"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement.
MD Stone Collection offers a range of services including, but not limited to:
Floor cleaning: Deep cleaning of various floor surfaces.Floor polishing: Polishing services for marble, terrazzo, concrete, and other surfaces.Floor restoration: Comprehensive restoration services for damaged or worn flooring.
We serve residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Las Vegas, Nevada, and surrounding areas.
Quotations: All written quotations or estimates provided are valid for a period of thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.Pricing: Pricing for Services will be provided on a case-by-case basis and may depend on factors such as the size of the area, type of flooring, and extent of the work required.
Payment Due Date: Payment for Services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Deposit: A deposit may be required for larger projects, and such deposit will be specified in the service agreement or contract.Late Payment: Payments not made within the specified due date will incur a late fee of [insert rate] per month or the highest rate allowed by law.Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments. Checks are accepted upon prior approval.
Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule services with no penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of [insert amount].Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the service may also result in a fee.
Access to Premises: The Client is responsible for ensuring that MD Stone Collection has access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, the Client may be charged a no-show or rescheduling fee.Preparation: Clients must remove all fragile, valuable, or obstructive items from the area to be serviced. Prime Cleaning Systems is not responsible for moving personal items or furniture unless agreed upon in advance.Utilities: The Client agrees to provide electricity and water for the Company’s use during the provision of Services.
MD Stone Collection is committed to delivering high-quality results. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue at no additional cost, provided that:
The issue is directly related to the Services provided by MD Stone Collection, and the client has complied with all terms set forth in this Agreement.
Pre-existing Conditions: MD Stone Collection will not be responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration that becomes more apparent during or after the completion of
Liability for Indirect or Consequential Losses: MD Stone Collection is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, profits, or business, arising out of or in connection with the provision of Services.Maximum Liability: In no event shall Prime Cleaning Systems’ total liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service provided.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MD Stone Collection its employees, agents, and contractors, from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to the Client's use of the Services, breach of this Agreement, or failure to disclose any pertinent information regarding the condition of the flooring or premises.
MD Stone Collection maintains appropriate insurance coverage as required by law. Any incidents or damages occurring during the provision of Services must be reported immediately by the Client to the Company. Failure to do so may void any claim.
PMD Stone Collection shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform the Services due to events or circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason with written notice. Upon termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for any Services rendered up to the date of termination.
MD Stone Collection will take reasonable steps to ensure the confidentiality and security of any personal information provided by the Client. We will not disclose any Client information to third parties without the Client's consent, except where required by law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between MD Stone Collection and the Client with respect to the Services provided. Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
